Homemade Granola for breakfast


Home made Granola

6 cups rolled oats
1 cup nuts ( I used sunflower seeds)
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 cup oil
1/2 cup honey

Method
  • 320 F
  • Mix all the dry ingredients into one big bowl
  • Whisk the oil & honey
  • Add into the dry ingredients
  • Spread onto the baking sheet 
  • Bake for 35 mins.
  • Bake longer for more crunchy but don't let it burn or else your granola will be bitter.
I can assure you that this granola is great to taste and you can do it in advance. I enjoy having granola with cold milk or with ice cream. I think it should be good with bread pudding or even apple pies. What do you think ?
