Zaman sekarang kek kek semua hebat hebat...no more 2D yang sangat lah boring tapi sedap itu. Memandangkan I used to be NKOTB fan...rasa rasanya nak je buat satu untuk diri sendiri nanti. hihihi.

Barbie Doll Cake

Assalam and Selamat Hari Raya everybody. Semoga hari raya kali ini dapat merapatkan lagi silaturahim antara sesedara kita semua. Maaf zahir dan batin dari saya jikalau ada salah dan silap. Nak sangat post ucapan selamat hari raya hari tu tapi tak kesempatan. Extremely busy in the kitchen. 

First day raya we all celebrate di KL sahaja and then head to my husband's place on the following day. As for myself I love ziarah my hubby's cousins and aunties sebab jarang jarang jumpa. Bila jumpa dapat berbual panjang. Mula lah rasa syukur dengan apa yang ada. 

Pulang ke KL ...we were stuck in the traffic for 7 hours but we play it cool lah konon...so we just enjoy the journey. Once reach KL sahaja.dah plan nak buat makan makan for my family, cousins and neighbour. Maaf  tak buat open house macam tahun lepas because I couldn't mingle around properly. Tahu tahu je yang datang dah nak pulang. So this year make it batch by batch.

Finally kitchen is open. I have few cakes to make this raya and sugar cookies as well. Alhamdulillah. Below is the first cake order during raya. The birthday girl wanted her own barbie...and yeah...barbie is always the prettiest of all.

OK...sorry for the lighting. Told you...I am extremely busy. No time to edit or adjust the lighting etc. 

Please ignore the hair do. Birthday girl wants it that way. hihi

I hope Vera Wang sees this dress and loved it. 

Btw...the cake is vanilla flavour with chocolate filling in between.

Disaster strike....fondant fell off due to using the doll. Doll can't be used....and I have to make drastic change. 

I changed it to a different doll with a black colour hair. Add a huge flower on the shoulder.

Alhamdulillah it works...but I miss barbie. :(

Once I'm done with barbie cake...I rushed and make this small cake for  my niece.  None stop baking and cleaning from the day I got back from kampung. hihihi. Anyways...Selamat Hari Raya again. Will update you more on my coming cakes.  Assalam.

TM UNIFI anniversary

Alhamdulillah semua dah selesai. Lama jugak tak update blog kerana asyik membaking tak sudah. Anyway...last year my huge order was with OMEGA and Alhamdulillah tahun ni dengan UNIFI lah pula. I have to bake 1300 pieces and 1 huge cake (not only huge but heavy). I've learned many things when I accept this project and I am blessed having such a great support system. Thank you MOM...DAD..hubby, cousins and friends. To cut the story short....it was tiring, happy, sad, emotional and lastly relief... Check out some of the pictures taken during the making of my CUPCAKE WAR.

41 batches of red velvet

each tray can fit 42 to 48 pieces. You do the math

4 kilos of cream cheese....icing sugar...etc..etc...etc Not to mention the fondant and sprinkles

overwhelmed by the size of this cake. 20 inches wide...and 5 inches high

Thank god...the top is just a dummy cake.

Finally...all good to go. 1 box consist of 116 pieces. ...yup...please do the math.

4 hours to roll the fondant...and redo...and roll..and redo. fainted...

All done...Alhamdulillah. This cake is 30 kilos. yup!

This is Cinta Kek. Red Velvet...A very tall cake. 5 inches height and 9" wide. I love everything about this cake and also the outcome. Alhamdulillah. Semoga kedua mempelai berbahagia dunia dan akhirat hendaknya. Amiin...

Red Velvet Birthday Cake

Salam semua...guess wat.......hari ni terdeliver kek yang salah....bukan salah kek ...tapi kek design yang salah. Ade miscommunications lah pulak. Luckly this lady is very nice and said it is a small matter. Phew...so..inilah kek yang di sebut sebutkan itu.

Princess Cuppies

My latest creations, Vanilla Cupcake with Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream and as for the topping I decorated it with fondant and Royal Icing. Hope Naiemah loves it. Seriously....You guys should try my swiss meringue buttercream and french buttercream.  Starting from now on,  NO MORE the old fashion way buttercream icing for me. :)

 

Remember to order either swiss meringue buttercream or french buttercream. Yum!
