My latest Red Velvet cake that I love baking. This cake is just awesome to bake. Anyway, initial plan was to cut it to 6 layers but client said 4 will do. And so...I went on with it. If you look closely, I sprinkle a little bit of glitters on it. :)

Simple Red Velvet . RM 85. No preservative and high quality red colouring. Not those scary cheap red colouring from you know where.
