Red Velvet sebagai Hantaran

Assalam and hi all,

Hari ni nak share with you pasal kek bertunang ni. Wanted to post it earlier tapi tak cukup masa. Either duduk di dapur or went out shopping tingkap ( window shopping ). haha.

Anyway...saje nak tunjuk how I did this cake.

First thing first, I did bunga untuk kek tu. This 4 roses ni took me around 1 hour to make and yang lamanya nak letak kat dawai dawai halus tu sebenarnya.

Lepas tu...buat kek and biarkan sejuk. Dah sejuk...Sapukan pipping gel sekeliling kek and now you are ready to cover it with fondant. Fondant kene uli lama lama ye sampai sebati sebab kalau tak fondant akan retak dan nampak kering semacam.

Finally...time to decorate...dah ni lah hasilnya. :)

Salam semua...guess wat.......hari ni terdeliver kek yang salah....bukan salah kek ...tapi kek design yang salah. Ade miscommunications lah pulak. Luckly this lady is very nice and said it is a small matter. Phew...so..inilah kek yang di sebut sebutkan itu.

My latest Red Velvet cake that I love baking. This cake is just awesome to bake. Anyway, initial plan was to cut it to 6 layers but client said 4 will do. And so...I went on with it. If you look closely, I sprinkle a little bit of glitters on it. :)

Simple Red Velvet . RM 85. No preservative and high quality red colouring. Not those scary cheap red colouring from you know where.
