Bepang Almond

Hari ni puasa and terlampau energetic sesangat. Since sahur sampai lah ke petang dok baking tak sesudah. Since my dad baru je sihat, doktor suruh kurangkan makan kacang. Instead have to replace with kacang atas pokok ..such as macadamia nuts, almond, pecan, walnut ..etc. Fikir dan fikir....I thought why not buat bepang kacang for him. So idea ni mmg niat nak buat untuk ayahku.

You guys try je lah nanti...gula campur telur putih and garam sikit. Double boiler sampai gula cair and masukkan hirisan almond. Then bakar 176 C for 10 mins.

Taddaaaaaa.....tgk tgk...mari tgk hasilnya.

Seriously ...nampak macam dah cukup bakar...but NOT. Kene tambah lagi 5 ke 10 minit lagi...And hasilnya cam gini.

Ok..at first bentuk lain kan...mmg sebab ni second batch. One is not enough. Trust me. So bende alah ni lenyap dalam masa 10 minit. Give it a try k...
