For your info, this cake supposedly to be some sort like a candy/ nougat like but after mixing it wrongly, the whole thing became a cake ...which is not so bad. I like it because it is not too sweet and with the walnut, it tasted much better...more like a fruit cake.
So moist and lovely. Great for Sunday evening tea with friends. The 2nd time around, I want to add a lil bit of chocolate chips, nutmeg and vanilla essence. If you want to give it a try, let me know. Especially for Hari Raya where Kurma senang nak dapat...dan sedap dimakan. Something different for this year around.
