Juadah Hari Raya

Hari raya bakal menjelma. Pasti ramai yang sibuk membeli belah dan ibu-ibu pulak sibuk buat biskut atau kek kegemaran. As for myself, rumah masih tak berkemas lagi. Hopefully I'll managed to clean it up before this Sunday. Why not Saturday?...mmm sebab nak buat Wajik with my mom. My all time favourite.

Cakap pasal raya ni...what do you normally serve for guest that comes to the your house? Rasanya when it comes to Malaysian....our WAJIB ingredient for any dishes are.....Minyak, Santan, Gula. I am not againts any of those ingredients..mind you...I bake. hihi. Tapi rasanya kan...after few houses ...badan mula terasa berat dan tak bermaya. Yup...the fat starts to kick into the blood vessel.
Macam orang orang dulu...I think it is ok for them to have food yang berlemak ni...lagi pun rumah ada tanah luas untuk bercucuk tanam. Badan sentiasa sihat dan panjang umur. Unlike we here...I mean....myself...exercise is basically in my house. Turun naik...depan belakang. Peluh pun tak keluar..unless I have to chase my son to get him to shower. lol. 

Oh yeah....about the food for raya....my husband dah tanya what to serve for raya....and I said...I have no idea because I actually want to serve something light for my guest tapi rendang insyaAllah ada jugak kot?
Ok ok...here are some of the food for me to share with you... What do you think ?

Thai wrap....hidangkan dengan kuah kacang. Inti wraps mengandungi lobak merah, timun, udang  dll.

Satay Buah? Tembikai, Jambu air, Epal, Nangka, Nenas boleh di gunakan.

Well...I think I know what to serve now. Oh yeah...jangan lupa tentang air juga ye. Instead of cordial...try something fresh. Fresh squeeze fruits juice. I may not be right...tapi sekurang kurangnya badan pun tak terasa berlemak sangat untuk raya tahun ni. Selalunya bahan bahan yang sihat ni mahal sikit...tapi elok untuk kesihatan. Bil hospital pun tak lah mahal nanti. ..bubye. Assalam.
